How to cook Korean Japchae

Ingredients
200g The Han Kitchen Organic Glass Noodles, 1/2 carrot,
1 onions, 1/2 bunch of spinach, 60g beef or preferred protein, oil, salt, pepper [Japchae sauce]
1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp sugar,
1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tsp roasted sesame seeds

Step 1. Cook meat first
Slice carrots, onions and the meat. Cook the meat over high heat with the oil in a pan until
it's golden brown and stir-fry vegetables for 3 minutes.

Step 2. Cook noodles
Cook the noodles for 8 minutes in boiling water until completely translucent and soft.

Step 3. Garnish and serve
Mix all the ingredients and the sauce in a big bowl. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as required. Garnish with sesame seeds, and serve at room temperature.
